Neuz has stopped working

When I press start in the patcher, when neuz loads, a new window comes out and says Neuz has stopped working.

Hey good day to you ^^, this can usually be fixed by just restarting your pc. Have you tried it? ;D

It's working very smooth and fine now. I just re-downloaded the installer but the thing is, I'm stuck in loading my character. -_-

No worries i get that a lot these days too, it's because of someone messing and attacking our server which causes some delays, due to the delay we can only login up to the character selection window, after that it just stays there. Sometimes it is also caused by slow connection on our part. Rest assured after the attacks stop the server will be more stable. Thank you and have a good day.
