Nice suggestions that will make this server much attractive

1-add a rebirth system
2-add scroll of transfer awakes
3-add the wing carry system
4-raise the level cap to 230 or more
5-make a new leveling area with good exp
6-redesign some citys example(flaris,saintmorning)
7-make a resize system
8-add a glow change system that is cool like u put a special glow on the right arm
9-make new bosses that are rare to find and may drop 1 donater item
10-add some perm pets to the shop
11-do more events or make a special event NPC
12-add the weapon look system to make a weapon look like another but it still has its own stats

AND FINALLY have more time to create new things ingame

i now what im asking is hard but it will make the server more popular

I see you are not new to private servers :). On your number 11, there is one special event npc(named JEFF) which gives you "Jack Frost" perma pet after completing the quest. This NPC is easy to find.
I see your suggestions will improve the game if implemented but some of them will take really long. Let's just wait, play, enjoy and hope for the best!

why do u think it will ruin it coz some people wanna feel like old days were they had to lvl up and btw i got 2 more idea's 1-put the different effects arrows 2- make something like a lottery npc or something

I was also thinking of the same thing is it possible for the server to have one???? And it would be more helpful if it was put in the Asus Dancer NPC

1 and 4- i think it would ruin the PVP system :/ Rebirth would be a weird suggestion because adding rebirth systems will make ur basic Stats bigger thus it would make PVP system unstable making some chars have advantage like KNIGHT, making its HP like hell XD.

9 and 10- I think making those THings could make the Server have less donators. It would be like Making them Hunt For those Boss than just donate or just Buy Perma pets than just Buy via iCoins
