Website shop bug

Here is the problem. I bought Vengeful Axe on the site but when I logged on my character I saw Vengeful Slayer instead of Vengeful Axe. I don't think I made a mistake because it's clear in my buying logs that I bought Vengeful Axe.

I can't post images right now, I'll send it if needed. I hope that someone can help me.
