impossible to connect to worldflyff

first sorry for my bad english.
i dowlaod the client, make the update by the launcher, and when the game start, i write my id + password. then a short message comes in a window : can not connect please check your network.

my network is correctly running.

and when i shut down the game an other message comes in a window : itak error - hack detected : hack code 21.

someone can help me please ?

maybe you where using any hack system before you started the game? try to re install and maybe turn off you fire wall haha

no i don't use any hack system on my computer. i try a lot of Pserver, and this is the first time i have this problem.

someone else can help me please ?
