login details incorrect

it keeps telling me my login details are incorrect and im brand new and I just registered using google chrome and im using the worldflyff.exe. can anyone help me with this cause I really would like to play. Thank you

okay should I try and redownload and then use the worldflyff.exe instead of doing launcher first ???

you are already using worldflyff.exe right?
before you download we can make some test, try creating another account then try logging it in the website and in game. =D

What i can say is i already had account that was 3 months old i can get onto it fine but when i tried to make my wifes account it would not let me log in and soo i made a different account for her and now with two accounts she cant log in at all but she can log into the web site. Seems at some point in the past dont know what date seems the server is blocking all new Ip from getting access to the server. I do know servers C++ SQL PHP and Programming

They are blocking the new IP's maybe due to the recurring attacks on the server..
